The body is whole—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual—and held as sacred. It carries an innate capacity to heal when given attention. Kinnari’s work invites a deeper listening through touch, movement, and breath—guiding rather than fixing. Rooted in a holistic approach, the focus is on helping each person better understand, support, and care for their own body.
Healing Practices
Yoga and Creative Movement

Kinnari’s yoga practice is rooted in breath and the idea of union—the body as a whole, not separate parts. Drawing from pranayama, somatic awareness, and creative movement, she offers practices that support regulation, presence, and connection.
